Информационно-коммуникационная культура младших школьников

Abstract

The article addresses the question of information and communication culture of primary school pupils. The author describes the content of information and communication culture and presents the following as the fundamental elements of this model: universal learn ing operations, ability to present information in different forms, communicative skills, basics of computer competence. The author also gives examples of these elements taken from primary school textbooks.

В статье ставится вопрос об информационнокоммуникационной культуре учащихся начальной школы. Автор описывает содержательную модель информационно-коммуникационной культуры. Базовыми элементами данной модели являются: универсальные учебные действия, умение представлять информацию в разной форме, коммуникативные умения, основы компьютерной грамотности. Эти базовые элементы подтверждаются примерами из учебников для начальной школы.
