Педагогические условия формирования компетенции будущих учителей в сфере развития учебной рефлексии у младших школьников

Abstract

В статье исследуется проблема подготовки будущих учителей к реализации требований Федеральных государственных стандартов для начальной школы второго поколения. Автором уточняется сущность компетенции будущих учителей в сфере развития учебной рефлексии у младших школьников, которая является одной из базовых характеристик, обеспечивающих становление учебно-познавательной самостоятельности ребенка. В статье раскрываются педагогические условия эффективной подготовки будущих учителей к развитию учебной рефлексии у младших школьников на уровне теоретического моделирования формирования исследуемой компетенции, отбора содержания подготовки и технологии его реализации. Автором обосновывается необходимость применения деятельностного подхода к формированию компетенции будущих учителей в сфере развития учебной рефлексии у младших школьников на всех уровнях профессиональной подготовки в соответствии с этапами статусно-позиционного развития рефлексии.

The article investigates the problem of future teachers' training to realization of the new Federal state primary school education standards. The author analyzes the content of future teachers' competence in the sphere of primary schoolchildren learning reflection development which is one of the base pupils' characteristics providing their self-learning ability development. The article describes pedagogical conditions of the effective teachers' training to primary schoolchildren learning reflection development at levels of theoretical model of the competence forming, the training content and technology of its realization. The author proves the necessity of using activity approach to the competence forming at all levels of the professional training according to the steps of the status and position reflection development.
