Профессиональная компетентность и профессиональная компетенция преподавателя вуза: проблема разграничения понятий

Abstract

In the article the author tries to distinguish two concepts: «professional competency» and «professional competence» in order to optimize the thesaurus which helps a teacher of a high school to form and develop his/her qualities mentioned above.

Предпринимается попытка разграничения понятий «профессиональная компетентность» и «профессиональная компетенция» преподавателя вуза с целью оптимизации тезауруса, способствующего формированию и развитию данных качеств педагога высшей школы.
