Abstract

This paper suggests the new approach to the choice of training technology for technical specialists based on the group technology on modified methodology complying with the modern educational standards. According to the traditional educational model for natural science disciplines, the people who are part of culture participate in this process. The group technology takes this fact into account. It is based on the statement that people are social beings who work together and establish social contacts. One of the kinds of group technology is a training technology when for knowledge control students of one educational group break into even number of small groups competing among themselves. It is known that process of training consists of three stages: statement of training material; studying the training material; control of knowledge and assessment of its assimilation quality. The first and the last stages of training are organized by the teacher; the second stage is students' work. It should be noted that the key role in the course of knowledge assimilation by students is played by the third stage of training as the second and third stages of educational process are closely connected among themselves. Competently organized control of knowledge allows come back in case of incomplete or incorrect assimilation of material to the studying stage again and again, analyzing mistakes and giving the right answers to control questions, that is especially actual for additional and continuous forms of education. Such approach to the assessment of students' knowledge has the apparent advantage: as a feedback function, it allows to control the process of knowledge assimilation and to correct training process.

В статье предложен новый подход к выбору технологии обучения специалистов технического профиля на основе групповой технологии по модифицированной методике групповой технологии обучения с учетом современных образовательных стандартов.
