Квалитативное информационно-аналитическое сопровождение как средство развития образовательной системы вуза

Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы повышения качества высшего образования путем улучшения прогностичности и диагностичности целепологания инновационно-образовательной деятельности вуза. Спроектированная таким образом инновационно-образовательная деятельность позволяет, в свою очередь, обеспечить развитие образовательной системы вуза, модернизируя ее в соответствии как с современными требованиями, так и требованиями в будущем. В ходе предлагаемого автором квалитативного информационно-аналитического сопровождения проектируются цели инновации, отслеживается ее качество, а также качество инновационно-образовательной деятельности в целом. Автором предлагается технология осуществления квалитативного информационно-аналитического сопровождения. Статья ориентирована на управленческие структуры и преподавательский состав вузов.

In given article questions of improvement of quality of higher education by improvement prognostic and diagnostic of innovative-educational activity of high school are considered. The is innovative-educational activity designed thus allows to provide, in turn, development of educational system of high school, modernizing it in conformity as with modern requirements, and requirements in the future. During offered the author qualitative information-analytical support projects the innovation purposes, its quality, and also quality of is innovative-educational activity as a whole is traced. The author the technology of realization qualitative information-analytical support is offered. Article is focused on administrative structures and teaching structure of high schools.
