Abstract

Автор анализирует взгляды ученых на сущность понятия «профессионализм», выделяет характерные качества профессионализма как системы, раскрывает особенности, компоненты и критерии профессионализма учителя.

The author analyzes points of view on the term “professionalism”, defines characteristics of professionalism as a system, reveals peculiarities, components and criteria of teacher’s professionalism.
