Abstract

В данной статье представлены исследования и методика выбора коллоидно графитовых смазочных материалов. Приведено комплексное исследование коллоидно графитовых смазочных материалов на водной основе. Методика оптимального выбора коллоидно графитовых смазочных материалов учитывает физико-химические и технологические свойства состава материала. Выбранные коллоидно графитовые смазочные материалы по предлагаемой методике нашли применение в процессах горячей штамповки компрессорных лопаток газотурбинного двигателя.

We present the research methodology and choice of colloidal graphite lubricants. We give a complex research colloidal graphite lubricants, water-based. The method of optimal choice of colloid-graphite lubricant into account the physico-chemical and technological properties of the material. Selected colloidal graphite lubricant on the proposed methods have been used in the process of hot forging of compressor blades of gas turbine engine.
