In article the problem of improvement of quality of vocational training of pedagogical shots for system of the general and the vocational education is considered. And, the major importance is given not to the maintenance of educational programs, and not to a technique of the organization of studies, and formation and development in the future teachers of personal readiness for pedagogical activity. В статье рассматривается проблема повышения качества профессиональной подготовки педагогических кадров для системы общего и специального образования.
