Педагогический инструментарий формирования готовности к управленческой деятельности специалистов среднего звена

Abstract

Основная идея статьи заключается в том, что использование комплексного педагогического инструментария в образовательном процессе профессиональной образовательной организации будет способствовать формированию готовности к управленческой деятельности специалистов среднего звена. Тем самым могут быть удовлетворены и потребности работодателей, сформулированные в профессиональном стандарте, и потребности государства, представленные федеральными государственными образовательными стандартами.

The main idea is that the use of complex teaching tools in professional educational organizations’ educational process will contribute to forming mid-level professionals’ readiness for management activity. Thereby employers’ needs can be satisfied as well which are formulated in the professional standards and the needs of the state, represented by the federal state educational standards.
