Создана модель системы для оценки эффективности труда профессорско-преподавательского состава посредством определения рейтинга эффективности педагога. Проводится анализ весовых коэффициентов (весов) отдельных показателей и их градаций, полученных методом экспертной оценки. Пунктовый анализ оценки эффективности по системе сравнительной оценки деятельности профессорско-преподавательского состава, из четырех групп оценок, примененных в работе, выделяет технологии экспертной и интегральной оценок, обладающих высокими возможностями. Расчет интегрального индекса преподавателя служит основным инструментом анализа эффективности его деятельности. Сама методика рейтинговой оценки эффективности по индексной системе сравнительной оценки деятельности профессорско-преподавательского состава имеет высокий уровень надежности. В рамках метода анализа надежности были применены два критерия: коэффициент α-Кронбаха (Chronbach), обозначаемого буквой α (альфа), и метод «половинного расщепления» (spilt-half relablty).

Point analysis of efficiency evaluation system of comparative evaluation of the activities of the faculty, of the four groups of estimations used in the work, allocates technology expert and integral estimates, with high abilities. Calculation of integral index of the teacher is the main tool of the analysis of efficiency of its activity. The methodology of the rating of efficiency evaluation index system of comparative evaluation of activities of the teaching staff has a high level of reliability. In the framework of the method of the analysis of reliability were used two criteria: factor α Cronbach’s (Chronbach), designated by the letter α (alpha), and the method of «half-splitting» (split region-half relablty).
