Abstract

Представлен практический опыт применения селективной лазерной трабекулопластики в лечении далеко зашедшей стадии первичной открытоугольной глаукомы у 24 пациентов со сроком наблюдения от 3 месяцев до 3,5 лет (в среднем 16,3 месяца). Показана эффективность данной операции у более половины пролеченных пациентов. Селективная лазерная трабекулопластика позволяет избежать или отсрочить хирургическое лечение при невозможности его выполнения у определенной категории пациентов.The practical experience of the selective laser trabeculoplasty use in advanced primary open-angle glaucoma treatment in 24 patients followed up from 3 months to 3.5 years (average 16.3 months) is presented. The efficacy of this surgery in more than half of treated patients is demonstrated. Selective laser trabeculoplasty allows avoiding or delaying surgical treatment if it is found to be impossible to perform the surgery in a definite category of patients.
