
В статье подводятся некоторые итоги экспериментальной работы по развитию творческого потенциала личности преподавателей, их творческого мышления посредством тренинга креативности. Автор формулирует основные теоретические положения личностного подхода к проблеме креативности и на этой основе предлагает модель соответствующего психологического тренинга для педагогического коллектива.
The article summarizes some conclusions made during the experimental research work in the field of developing creative potency of teachers, their creative thinking, using creative training. The author formulates basic theoretical issues concerning personal approach to the problem of creativity and offers a corresponding model of a psychological training for the pedagogical staff.
