Abstract

Теория и методология корпоративной социальной ответственности в российской научной литературе рассмотрена достаточно подробно. Однако, анализ и обобщение практики управления социальными проектами бизнеса недостаточен. В данной статье авторы попытались восполнить этот пробел. Рассматривается система управления социальной ответственностью бизнеса существующей в Hewlett Packard Company. Группа отраслей, в которых осуществляет деятельность данной компании, относится к IT-бизнесу. В настоящее время продукты и услуги IT-бизнеса, фактически являются фундаментом для функционирования всей экономики. В связи с этим, крайне актуально изучение практики корпоративной социальной ответственности IT-бизнеса. Hewlett Packard Company является одним из лидеров в области социальной ответственности. Начиная с 90-х годов ХХ века компания реализует различные социальные проекты. Hewlett Packard Company обладает собственной моделью взаимодействия с поставщиками. Это основная особенность системы управления социальной ответственностью, которая обеспечивает эффективность. Корпоративная социальная ответственность интегрирована в бизнес-модель Hewlett Packard Company: цепь поставок, операции, продукты и решения. Ключевыми аспектами корпоративной социальной ответственности Hewlett Packard Company являются: развитие человека (общее улучшение состояние здоровья и благополучия людей); экономический прогресс (консультирование и поддержка малого и среднего предпринимательства и общее экономическое процветание); экологический прогресс (создание устойчивой окружающей среды).

Theory and methodology of corporate social responsibility in the Russian scientific literature are considered in sufficient detail. However, the analysis and generalization of practice of management of social projects business is insufficient. In this article, the authors tried to fill this gap. The system of management of social responsibility of business existing at the Hewlett Packard Company. The group of sectors in which it operates the company, refers to IT businesses. At present the products and services IT business, are actually the Foundation for the functioning of the entire economy. In this regard, it is important to study the practice of corporate social responsibility in IT business. Hewlett Packard Company is the one of the leaders in the field of social responsibility. Since 90-ies of XX century, the company implements various social projects. Hewlett Packard Company has its own model of interaction with suppliers. This is the main feature of the system of management of social responsibility, which ensures efficiency. Corporate social responsibility integrated in the business model of Hewlett Packard Company: supply chain, operations, products and solutions. Key aspects of corporate social responsibility Hewlett Packard Company are: human development (General improvement of health and well-being); economic progress (advice and support for small and medium-sized businesses and overall economic prosperity); environmental progress (building a sustainable environment).
