Профессионально значимые личностные качества учителя элитарной школы

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of defining the most important professional and personal characteristics of teachers working at elite schools. On the basis of the analyses of scientific sources and fiction the author comes to the conclusion that the quality of the teachers professional activity depends not only on the quantity of his knowledge in this or that subject, but also on the level of development of his emotional sphere and creativity.

Раскрыта проблема определения наиболее значимых профессиональных и личностных качеств учителя элитарной школы. На основе анализа материалов научных источников, а также художественной литературы автор приходит к выводу, что качество профессиональной деятельности педагога зависит не только от количества его знаний в той или иной области науки, но и от уровня развития его эмоциональной сферы и творческих способностей.
