Abstract

Даны теоретическое и экспериментальное обоснования эффективности применения комплексно-комбинированного типа организации занятий оздоровительной гимнастикой для учащейся молодежи. Показана роль продуктивного педагогического взаимодействия между преподавателем и студентами на комплексно-комбинированных занятиях; продемонстрировано позитивное влияние продуктивного взаимодействия на удовлетворенность студенток занятиями оздоровительной гимнастикой. Наглядно представлена роль комплексно-комбинированных занятий в формировании здорового образа жизни студенческой молодежи. Проведено исследование, целью которого являлось теоретико-методически и опытно-экспериментально обосновать условия организации, структуру и содержание комплексно-комбинированных занятий оздоровительной гимнастикой в вузе на основе продуктивного взаимодействия преподавателя и студентов. Отмечается особенность комплексно-комбинированных занятий, состоящая в сочетанном использовании широкого круга средств и методов, воздействующих на организм как на единый комплекс функциональных систем, в результате чего резко повышается оздоровительная и развивающая эффективность физического воспитания. Накоплен значительный фонд знаний по проблеме педагогического взаимодействия, в то время как данный процесс в контексте физического воспитания в системе высшего образования исследован недостаточно. Одна из главных причин этого - отсутствие адекватных форм организации физического воспитания, где педагогическое взаимодействие преподавателя и студентов могло бы проявить свой продуктивный потенциал. В связи с этим возникает противоречие между необходимостью повышения эффективности организации физического воспитания студенческой молодежи и недостаточной разработанностью педагогически продуктивных организационных форм, в частности комплексно-комбинированных занятий оздоровительной гимнастикой, построенных на принципах педагогического взаимодействия преподавателя и студентов.

Theoretic and experimental basis of efficiency of applying complex-combined type of organization of doing health-improving gymnastics for the studying youth is given. The role of productive pedagogic cooperation between teachers and students on complex-combined exercises is shown; positive influence of productive cooperation on students' satisfaction by doing health-improving gymnastics is demonstrated. The role of complex-combined exercises in forming of healthy way of life of youth students is visually presented. Research was made with the aim of theoretic-methodic and experience-experimental justification of condition of organization, structure and content of complex-combined exercises of health-improving gymnastics at the university at the basis of productive cooperation between a teacher and students. Peculiarity of complex-combined exercises, composed of combined use of wide circle of means and methods, influencing organism as one complex of functional systems was marked, as a result, the health-improving and developing efficiency of physical education is raising. Significant fund of knowledge on problem of pedagogic influence was saved, whereas this process in context of physical education in system of higher education was not sufficiently investigated. One of main reasons is the lack of adequate forms of organization of physical education, where pedagogic cooperation of the teacher and students may show its productive potential. Wherein, the opposition between the need of growing of efficiency of physical education of students youth and insufficient working out of pedagogically productive organizational forms appears, particularly complex-combined exercises of health-improving gymnastics, built at principles of pedagogic cooperation of the teacher and students.
