Abstract

Based on theoretical analysis the author presents a solution to research problem connected with substantiating priorities in modern higher education development and natural science education as its constituent part. On the basis of scientific literature analysis the author describes theoretical topics of natural science education (external and internal problems), determines directions of its renovation in its content, technological, legal, professional, and technical aspects.
