Abstract

The article examines the dynamics of age and qualification structure of the scientific personnel in the Republic of Belarus, identifies the problems and trends of personnel development potential as well as the problem of optimizing the reproductive structure of scientific personnel during the transition to high-tech economy. A statement on enhancing the role of personnel potential of the academic sector of science in the formation of V and VI technological modes of the economy.

В статье рассмотрены особенности динамики возрастной и квалификационной структуры научных кадров в Республике Беларусь, выявлены проблемы и тенденции развития кадрового потенциала, проблемы оптимизации воспроизводственной структуры научных кадров при переходе к высокотехнологичной инновационной экономике. Обосновано положение о повышении роли кадрового потенциала академического сектора науки в формировании V и VI технологических укладов экономики.
