Analysis of development of the Russian machine-building in the post-crisis period (2010-2011) shows its degradation towards the old rent-and-raw materials model. Transition to innovative development requires restructuration of machine-building on the basis of integration of economic structures, their involvement into national and global networks of value creation, and rational increase of the role of intellectual property and non-material assets.

Анализ развития российской промышленности в посткризисный период (2010 2011 год) подтверждает вывод о сползании экономики к прежней неприемлемой рентно-сырьевой модели развития. Переход к инновационному развитию требует реструктуризации машиностроения на основе интеграции хозяйственных структур, их включения в национальные и глобальные сети создания стоимости, рационального увеличения роли интеллектуальной собственности и нематериальных активов.
