ПОВЫШЕНИЕ КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТИ АГРОПРОДОВОЛЬСТВЕННОГО РЫНКА КЫРГЫЗСКОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКИ В УСЛОВИЯХ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ В ЕАЭС

Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается проблема продовольственной безопасности и повышение конкурентоспособности агропродовольственного рынка в Кыргызской Республике. По основным позициям потребления продуктов питания в Кыргызской Республике ее уровень значительно ниже физиологических норм потребления, и в сравнительном рейтинге республика также уступает другим странам Евразийского Экономического Союза. Отмечается, что для решения этих проблем необходимо активнее использовать возможности евразийского экономического пространства и корректировки аграрной политики государства. Обосновывается идея о том, что одним из действенных факторов повышения конкурентоспособности продовольственного сектора страны является совершенствование зональной и региональной специализации отрасли.

In this article the problem of food security and competitiveness increasing of the agro food market in the Kyrgyz Republic is considered. On the main line items the food consumption in Kyrgyz Republic its level is much lower than physiological regulations of consumption, and in comparative rating the republic also yields to other countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. It is noted that for the solution of these problems it is necessary to use more actively possibilities of the Eurasian economic space and adjustment the agrarian policy of the state. The idea that one of an efficient factor of competitiveness increasing of food sector of the country is enhancement of zone and regional specialization of industry is proved.
