Abstract

Статья посвящена решению новой проблемы для российской практики управления в сфере образования: формированию механизмов функционирования системы непрерывного образования. Автор, на основе проведённого анализа российской и зарубежной практики, предлагает использовать в качестве одного из перспективных направлений сеть образовательных консалтинговых агентств (ОКА), цель которых предоставление посреднических услуг. Эти агентства позиционируются как связующее звено между потребителем образовательных услуг и образовательным учреждением. При этом спектр услуг этих агентств способен удовлетворить как спрос человека с любым уровнем подготовки, так и предложение услуг образовательными заведениями всех уровней; они облегчают доступ к информации об образовательных программах и способствуют повышению эффективности системы непрерывного образования.

Article deals with the new problem of Russian practices in education formation of mechanisms of functioning of lifelong learning system. The author based on the analysis of Russian and foreign experience suggests to use a network of educational consulting agencies (ECA) as a perspective trend. The aim of these agencies is to provide intermediary services. These agencies are positioned as a link between the customer of educational services and educational institutions. The range of educational services can satisfy the demand of a person with any educational level and also the proposals of services of educational institutions of all levels, they make access to information on educational programs easier and raise the efficiency of lifelong learning system.
