Abstract

The problems of linkage between the requirements of professional standards and educational standards are considered in the article. The author's analysis of the current requirements for the qualification and competence of the teacher has shown that the requirements of educational standards to the pedagogical institute graduate (BA) do not correspond to the requirements of the professional community to the teacher, especially in the context of professionally important qualities of a personality.
