Исполнительская компетентность педагога-музыканта

Abstract

Статья посвящена достаточно новому в музыкальном образовании понятию исполнительской компетентности педагога-музыканта. Являясь значимой и относительно самостоятельной подсистемой в структуре профессионально-педагогической компетентности, она представляет собой интегральное личностное образование, которое выражается в готовности к исполнительской деятельности и основывается на опыте ее продуктивного осуществления. На основании этого, в качестве основных компонентов исполнительской компетентности выделяются готовность в совокупности психологического, теоретического и практического блоков, а также опыт успешной инструментально-исполнительской деятельности.

This article is devoted to a fairly new concept in musical education such as performing competence of a musician-teacher. Being an important and comparatively independent subsystem in professional-educational competence structure it represents integral personal education expressed in readiness for performing activity and is based on its productive realization experience. Thus as the main performing competence components are distinguished readiness in the aggregate of psychological, theoretical and practical blocks and also experience of successful instrumental performing activity.
