Abstract

Профессиональное самосовершенствование как неоспоримый факт эволюционного развития самосознания разумно мыслящего субъекта педагогической деятельности, продиктовано социальным запросом вследствие возросших требований к современной образовательной системе. Основываясь на логике познания и развития личностных сил, в приложении к педагогической деятельности, можно утверждать: преподаватель, осмысленно познающий себя, представляет определённую ценность не только как носитель профессиональных знаний, но и как генератор духовно-нравственных установок, подтверждающий личным примером безусловную потребность в самосовершенствовании, в реализации личного потенциала творческих сил. Показательным в этой связи будет личный пример преподавателя, способного к генерации высокопродуктивных мотивов, идей, установок для реализации ценностноориентированных задач учебно-воспитательного процесса.

Professional self-perfection as an indisputable fact of the evolutionary development of selfactualization of a reasonably thinking subject of pedagogical activity is dictated by social demand due to the increased demands of modern education system. Based on the logic of knowledge and the development of personal power, in the application to the pedagogical activity one can assert: the teacher, consciously investigating himself, is value not only as a professional knowledge carrier, but also as a generator of spiritual and moral principles, confirming with the help of personal example the absolute need of selfimprovement in the personal potential realization of creativity.
