Abstract

System-activity approach is the methodological basis of the Russian Federal State Educational Standards and required for the implementation of all the teaching staff. Despite the requirement it is still too early speak about the final transition to a new educational paradigm. So we must solve a series of problems for this. In the first place, quality instructional materials that allow the teacher to understand how to implement the theoretical principles of system-activity approach in practice should be established. In the second place, there should be a change personal position of the teacher, who understand and accept the need for learning throughout life and be able to build their own path of professional development. The solution of these problems is possible if the implementation of system-activity approach in the system of advanced training, motivating teacher to a systematic analysis of its operations and building on this basis, professional self-development programs.
