Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные закономерности функционирования вертикально интегрированных компаний, методологические принципы управления корпоративными инновациями, ключевые требования к реализации сформулированных принципов, а также представлены соответствующие им методы моделирования инновационного развития.

The article considers the main functioning regularities in vertically integrated companies, methodological principles of corporate innovation management, and key requirements to the implementation of the formulated principles along with the respective methods for modelling innovation development.
