The article considers significance of the physical education in the context of modernization of the secondary musical vocational education system, substantiating the necessity of introduction of the new organization forms and content improvement of the physical education, which would increase considerably quality of the general classical and vocational grounds of the musicians studying in the specialized secondary educational establishments.
