The article deals with the application of a systematic approach to the typology of the young man on the orientation of its criteria for different components of the social ideal. The article highlighted the stage of identity formation, which are considered in identifying the dialectic of the spiritual education of youth: the stage of developing a new interpretation, the stage of developing a coherent understanding of the norms of understanding, cohesive group stage, the stage of professionalization.

В статье речь идет о применении системного подхода в типологии личности молодого человека по критериям ориентации его на разные компоненты социального идеала. В статье выделяются стадии формирования личности, которые учитываются в выявлении диалектики духовного воспитания молодежи: стадия выработки нового осмысления, стадия выработки когерентного понимания норм осмысления, стадия сплоченной группы, стадия профессионализации.
