О факторах нравственно-эстетического развития личности школьников

Abstract

The analysis of the scientific research sanctified to morally-aesthetic cooperation of subjects of pedagogical process allowed to the authors to draw conclusion that one of its results is morally-aesthetic development of personality of schoolchildren. On the basis of study of psychologically – pedagogical literature the following factors of morally-aesthetic development of schoolchildren personality are revealed: democratization of relations between teachers and students; presence of terms for development of creative forces and capabilities of every personality; growth of specific gravity of labour education in the integral process of forming and development of personality of students, and also aesthetization of all aspects of vital activities of schoolchildren, the features of their influence are exposed on development of personality of schoolchildren. The necessity of the use of moral and aesthetic criteria is grounded for an estimation collective, group, individual activity of students.

Анализ научного исследования, посвященного нравственно-эстетическому взаимодействию субъектов педагогического процесса, позволил авторам сделать вывод о том, что одним из его результатов является нравственно-эстетическое развитие личности школьников. На основе изучения психолого-педагогической литературы выявлены факторы нравственно-эстетического развития личности школьников, среди которых: демократизация отношений между учителями и учащимися; наличие условий для развития творческих сил и способностей каждой личности; возрастание удельного веса трудового воспитания в целостном процессе формирования и развития личности школьника, а также эстетизация всех аспектов жизнедеятельности школьников, раскрыты особенности их влияния на развитие личности школьников. Обоснована необходимость использования нравственных и эстетических критериев в оценке коллективной, групповой, индивидуальной деятельности учащихся.
