Abstract

Организация воспитательной работы в пенитенциарном учреждении должна ориентироваться на личность осужденного как объекта воспитания, со всеми присущими ей специфическими признаками, выявление которых необходимо для понимания особенностей организации воспитательного процесса осужденных в пенитенциарных учреждениях

The organization of an educational process in penitentiary establishment should be oriented on the condemned as the subject of education, with all specific attributes which are necessary for understanding the peculiarities and laws of educational process in penitentiary establishments
