Ледовые качества и ледовая аварийность флота внутреннего и смешанного плавания

Abstract

В работе отмечена актуальность проблемы обеспечения безопасности ледового судоходства на внутренних водных путях России и в прибрежных морских районах. Выполнен анализ возрастного и ледовокатегорийного состава флота, привлекаемого к ледовым транспортным операциям. Проведён обзор навигационной ледовой аварийности флота. По результатам обзора показаны сохраняющиеся негативные тенденции в организации ледового плавания судов.

In the work of the noted the topicality of the problem of safety for ice navigation on the inland waterways of Russia and in coastal areas. Analysis of the age and ice category composition of the fleet, called to ice transport operations. A review of ice navigation accidents fleet. According to the results of the review highlights the remaining negative trends in the organization of ice-going vessels.
