Дается описание энергосберегающей системы обогрева помещений за счет соединения инфракрасного пленочного электронагревателя непосредственно с обмотками генератора питающей ветроэнергетической установки.

The article presents the description of energy saving system of heating quarters with infra-red tape electric heater connected directly to windings of powering wind turbine. alternator.
