Совершенствование нормативно-правового обеспечения инновационного развития угольной промышленности

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные положения действующей законодательной и нормативно-правовой базы инновационного развития в Украине. Определены особенности использования нормативно-правовой базы инновационного развития в угольной промышленности и возможности инвестиционного обеспечения инновационного развития угольных предприятий в чрезвычайных ситуациях. Исследованы факторы, которые влияют на риски при реализации инвестиционно-инновационных проектов в угольной промышленности, и на этой основе предложены мероприятия по минимизации их воздействия путем создания инновационной структуры технопарков. Даны рекомендации по совершенствованию нормативно-правового обеспечения инновационного развития угольной промышленности с учетом особых условий функционирования угольных предприятий в чрезвычайных ситуациях.

Features of use of the regulatory framework for innovation in the coal industry are defined and investment opportunities and providing innovative development of coal enterprises in emergencies. Factors, that affect the risks in investment and innovation projects in the coal industry, are investigated and on this basis measures to minimize their impact are proposed by creating of innovative structure technology parks. Recommendations for improving the regulatory framework of the innovative development of the coal industry are given in view of the special conditions of operation of coal enterprises in emergency situations.
