Инклюзивная готовность педагога: мотивационно-конативный компонент

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу мотивационно-конативного компонента инклюзивной готовности педагогов как составляющей профессионально-педагогической подготовки с позиций компетентностного подхода. Содержание исследуемого компонента представлено субъектно-компетентностной матрицей, отражающей полисубъектность инклюзивного образовательного пространства. Приводятся данные эмпирического исследования по определению уровня сформированности мотивационно-конативного компонента у практикующих и будущих педагогов. Определяются основные положения метапредметной компетентностно-контекстной технологии формирования инклюзивной готовности педагогов. Предлагаемая педагогическая технология конгруэнтна организационно-педагогическим условиям образовательного процесса и предполагает широкое использование контекстных проблемных задач и ситуаций.

This article analyzes the motivation and conative component of inclusive readiness of teachers as a part of vocational teacher training from the standpoint of the competence approach. The content of the test component is represented by the subject-competency matrix that reflects a polysubject of inclusive educational environment. The data of empirical studies determine the level of formation of motivational and conative component of practitioners and future teachers. The main provisions of a meta-competence-contextual technology of formation of inclusive readiness of the perspective teachers have been determined. The proposed educational technology is congruent to organizational and pedagogical conditions of educational process and involves extensive use of contextual problem tasks and situations.
