Диагностика и развитие корпоративной культуры факультета вуза

Abstract

The expediency of a systematic diagnostics of the corporate culture of organizations and units, which is the first step to improving it, is justified in the article. The authors provide a brief overview of approaches and methods for the study of corporate culture in the practice of foreign and Russian researchers, including the college environment, and they share their own experience of analysis of the corporate culture at the economics faculty of Kemerovo State University. It is based on the survey methodology of Cameron and Quinn, supplemented by authors’ research. The impartial diagnostics of culture of the faculty allowed to develop and adopt a program to improve it, which includes four sections: introductory conceptual principles and approaches; analysis of the situation, goals, objectives and activities and the timing and mechanisms for the implementation of program activities. The program of the improvement of the corporate culture of the faculty was launched – the collective value system of teachers and students, the five-year plan for the future development of the faculty, «Code of ethics of the economics faculty students», «Code of ethics of the faculty and staff of the economics faculty» were developed, discussed and adopted; the documents covering the history of the faculty are preparing now, the system of information support is developing etc.

В статье обоснована целесообразность систематической диагностики корпоративной культуры организаций и подразделений, которая является первым шагом к ее совершенствованию. Авторами дан краткий обзор подходов и методов изучения корпоративной культуры в практике зарубежных и российских исследователей, в том числе в вузовской среде, и изложен собственный опыт анализа состояния корпоративной культуры на экономическом факультете Кемеровского госуниверситета. В его основу положена опросная методика Камерона и Куинна, дополненная авторскими наработками. Объективная диагностика факультетской культуры позволила разработать и принять программу ее совершенствования, включающую в себя четыре раздела: вводные концептуальные положения и подходы; анализ ситуации; цель, задачи и мероприятия; сроки и механизмы реализации программных мероприятий. Программа совершенствования корпоративной культуры факультета начала реализовываться: разработаны, обсуждены и приняты система ценностей коллектива преподавателей и студентов, пятилетний план перспективного развития факультета, «Этический кодекс студентов экономического факультета», «Этический кодекс профессорско-преподавательского состава и сотрудников экономического факультета», готовятся документы, освещающие историю факультета, развивается система информационного обеспечения и т.д.
