Abstract

In article the scientific substantiation of the author's physical sanitary program for the teenagers having deviations in a state of health is considered. The purpose of research was the scientific substantiation of the program of physical sanitary work among invalids of various categories. The program developed by authors, in view of features of an investigated contingent, will allow to raise adaptable potential during training in school.

В статье рассматривается научное обоснование авторской физкультурнооздоровительной программы для подростков, имеющих отклонения в состоянии здоровья. Целью исследования явилось научное обоснование программы физкультурно-оздоровительной работы среди инвалидов различных категорий. Программа, разработанная авторами, с учётом особенностей исследуемого контингента, позволит повысить адаптационный потенциал во время обучения в училище.
