
В работе рассмотрен феномен временной компетентности личности, описаны его структурные компоненты. Определена необходимость изучения проблемы личной организации времени с учетом отношения человека к жизненной ситуации, в которой он находится в данный момент. Представлены результаты сравнительного анализа показателей компонентов временной компетентности у педагогических работников, проживающих в мегаполисе, провинциальном городе и сельской местности. С помощью факторного анализа установлено влияние уровня урбанизации на проявление временной компетентности педагогов.
A phenomenon of time competence is studied in the article and its structural components are described. There is the necessity of studying the problem of personal time organization considering attitude of a person to present situations in his life. The results of comparative analysis of teaching staff time competence components rates are provided, with the analysis carrying out on teachers from a megapolis, country town and rural area. An urbanization level influence on teacher’s time competence is found out by a component analysis.
