Физическая подготовленность учеников гимназии как показатель физиологических резервов организма

Abstract

Приведены материалы изучения физической подготовленности учащихся гимназии. Установленные показатели резервов основных физиологических систем организма выступают одним из факторов обеспечения индивидуализации физического воспитания с целью укрепления здоровья учащихся. В исследовании принимали участие 1148 учеников гимназии (599 мальчиков и 589 девочек) и 567 учеников среднеобразовательной школы (282 мальчиков и 285 девочек). Анкетирование проводилось среди 228 учеников гимназии по вопросам физической активности.

The investigation materials of the gymnasiums pupilsphysical training research are presented. The reserve indicators for the main physiological organic systems are determined which are factors of individualization of physical education aimed to strengthen pupilshealth. In research took part 1148 pupil of gymnasium (599 boys and 589 girls) and 567 pupils of general school (282 boys and 285 girls). In questioning participate 228 pupils of gymnasium in question of physical activity.
