ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ РЕСУРСОСБЕРЕГАЮЩИХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ПОДГОТОВКЕ

Abstract

Потенциальная возможность создания на базе образовательного учреждения условий для получения студентами новых знаний и опыта с использованием ресурсосберегающих технологий приобретает в настоящее время особую актуальность. В статье анализируется деятельность образовательного учреждения по подготовке специалистов в области технического обслуживания и ремонта автомобильного транспорта с применением ресурсосберегающих технологий. Рассматривается влияние развития материально-технической базы на рост профессиональной компетентности педагогов и качество подготовки квалифицированных специалистов. Анализируется опыт применения современных технологий в образовательном процессе, а также влияние теоретической и практической подготовки педагогических работников, приобретаемой в регулярных стажировках по современным технологиям технического обслуживания и ремонта автомобилей. Деятельность педагогического коллектива исследуется с позиции эффективного применения инновационных технологий, определяющих механизм подготовки образовательным учреждением среднего профессионального образования востребованного специалиста. Значимость работы заключается в возможности обобщения опыта работы педагогического коллектива с целью использования другими образовательными учреждениями.

The potential for creating on the basis of the educational institutions the conditions for receiving new knowledge and experience with the use of resource-saving technologies is currently of particular relevance. The article examines the operation of educational institutions for training specialists in the field of maintenance and repair of motor transport with application of resource saving technologies. It also analyzes the impact of development of logistics on the growth of professional competence of teachers and quality of training qualified specialists. The article considers the experience of application of modern technologies in the educational process and the influence of theoretical and practical training of teachers, acquired in regular training on modern technologies of maintenance and repair of vehicles. Activity of the teaching staff is investigated from the position of the effective application of innovative technologies, defining the mechanism of training a specialist in educational institutions. The significance of the work lies in the possibility of generalization of experience of the teaching staff to use by other educational institutions.
