The article analyses the nature of formation of legal competency of the individual, as well as an iterative process of legal culture under the influence of various factors, including not only the process of legal education of the individual, but also other processes that are unintentional impact on the consciousness of the person as the legal competency of the teacher is the subject, provides for the regulation of educational relations on the basis of legal norms, its formation begins with the assimilation of basic legal norms, reflected in educational and legal disciplines.

В статье анализируется сущность формирования правовой компетентности личности, реализуемого под влиянием различных факторов, включающих в себя не только процесс правового воспитания личности, но и другие процессы, которые носят непреднамеренный характер воздействия на сознание личности. Так как правовая компетентность педагога выступает качеством субъекта, обеспечивающим регулирование образовательных отношений на основе правовых норм, ее формирование начинается с усвоения основных правовых норм, отраженных в учебно-правовых дисциплинах.
