Abstract

The article highlights the problem actual for the modern Russian society: upbringing creatively thinking and active military professionals. Therefore the educational process is to provide for the development of active position, successful self-actualization of cadets, for forming the system of values and commitments. The conclusion is drawn that the curriculum should be organized on the basis of principles of personification (it means that the individual gets imaginary representation in other people life activities) and personalization (personal subject-subject interaction between a lecturer and a learner) thus making personal selfdetermination possible.
