Abstract

Процесс подготовки к управленческой деятельности специалистов среднего звена основывается на взаимосвязи целей, мотивов, деятельности и результатов. В статье содержится описание методики сопряженного управления подготовкой к управленческой деятельности. Систематическая взаимосвязь контроля со стороны педагога и самоконтроля студентов на каждом этапе образовательного процесса позволяет формировать готовность будущих специалистов к управленческой деятельности.

The process of middle managers’ management activity training is based on the interrelation of goals, motives, activities and results. The article describes the techniques of the management activity training conjugated control. The systematic interrelation of the teacher’s control and students’ self-control at every stage of the educational process allows formation of the future specialists’ readiness for management activity.
