Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема обоснования компетентностного подхода к организации педагогического процесса в детских школах искусств. Актуализируется вопрос интеграции процессов обучения и воспитания на хореографических отделениях ДШИ. Акцентируется внимание на интенсивном развитии учащегося, формировании компетентной, конкурентоспособной, нравственной личности при условии усиления воспитывающей функции специальных хореографических дисциплин. Обращается внимание на необходимость создания условий в процессе обучения для мотивирования ценностно-смысловой сферы личности, опираясь на парадигму воспитывающего обучения. Компетентностный подход в сфере хореографического образования рассматривается как средство формирования компетенций, необходимых для активной творческой деятельности личности как в сфере хореографического искусства, так и в широкой социальной сфере.

The article deals with the problem of justifying the competence approach in educational process of children's art schools. In particular, attention is paid to the issue of integration of processes of training and education at the choreography offices of children's art schools. Focuses on intensive development of the learner in the development of competent, competitive moral personality under the condition of strengthening of raising a special dance disciplines. Attention is drawn to the need to create conditions in the learning process for motivation value-semantic sphere of personality, based on the paradigm of fostering teaching. Competence approach in the field of choreographic education is seen as a means to develop competencies required for active creative activity of the individual as in the field of choreographic art and broader social sphere.
