The article is devoted to consideration of the nature and organization of work of teachers-curators at the educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the aspect of their educational value to the formation of professional and personal qualities of cadets. The author, analyzing the administrative and legal mechanism of the activities of the curators of training platoons, to focus attention on the most important problems in this area, having the place to be, and also formulates and substantiates a number of proposals aimed at improvement of the institute of coaching in the educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

Статья посвящена рассмотрению сущности и организации работы преподавателей-кураторов в образовательных учреждениях системы МВД России в аспекте их воспитательного значения на формирование профессиональных и личностных качеств обучаемых. Авторы, анализируя административно-правовой механизм деятельности кураторов учебных взводов, акцентируют внимание на наиболее значимых проблемах в данной области, а также формулируют и обосновывают ряд предложений, направленных на совершенствование института кураторства в образовательных учреждениях системы МВД России.
