Акмеолог детского чтения: к вопросу о тьюторстве в читательском развитии

Abstract

The article is based on the data of sociological and psychological pedagogical polls of the citizens of Russia and results of the educational program PISA-2009 and states the presence of reading crisis, decrease of the level of readers’ culture and readers’ competence among Russians. The author detects the set of objective and subjective reasons that cause modern situation of readers’ negativism. He offers conceptual characteristics of the terms «reading», «readers’ development», «readers’ cognition», «readers’ communication», and «readers’ competence». The article shows that readers’ competence is characterized as the factor of social risk, threat to the national wellbeing. The author explains the urgency of the introduction of a new specialty «reading acmeologist» into school practice. He gives the characterization of professional skills of this kind of specialist.

На основе данных социологических и психолого-педагогических опросов граждан России, результатов образовательной программы PISA – 2009 констатируется ситуация кризиса чтения, понижения уровня читательской культуры и читательской компетентности россиян. Выявлен ряд объективных и субъективных причин, обусловливающих современную ситуацию читательского негативизма. Предложены концептуальные характеристики понятий «чтение», «читательское развитие», «читательское сознание», «читательское общение», «читательская компетентность». Показано, что читательская некомпетентность характеризуется как фактор социального риска, угроза национального благополучия. Обоснована актуальность внедрения в школьную практику новой специальности – «акмеолог чтения», дается характеристика профессиональных компетентностей данного специалиста.
