Abstract

In article the technique of special physical training of 8-9 years old dancers is presented at a stage of initial preparation. The developed technique is aimed mainly at the development of coordination abilities of dancers taking into account technical features of execution of figures and elements of dances of the European and Latin American programs. In training process of young dancers at realization of a technique of special physical preparation it is offered to consider morphofunctional features of athletes. At lessons of special physical training of young dancers it is expedient to divide into two subgroups depending on somatype: the first subgroup – athletes of ectomorphic somatype, the second subgroup – athletes endomorphic, mezomorphic and central somatypes. According to an experimental technique in variable part of occupations more active use of exercises of high-speed and power and power character, for athletes of the second subgroup – exercises on power endurance is offered to dancers of the first subgroup. The assessment of efficiency of the offered technique is given in work on dynamics of indicators of physical and technical readiness, the morphofunctional data, sports result.
