Abstract

One of the most important principles of educational policy is the problem of students’ professional competence formation, which is understood as integral characteristics of business and personal qualities of an expert. This characteristic reflects not only the level of knowledge, skills and experience necessary for professional activities, but also the level of socio-moral position of identity. Author of the article believes that formation of communicative competence is the goal, task, and, the most of all, the problem of future experts preparation for any professional industry, which is of special relevance in the conditions of modernization of Russian education, science and production.
