Профессиональная рефлексия студентов педагогов-психологов: методологический аспект

Abstract

The resume: Professional the reflection is the central component of professional self-determination of students. There are conditions and means of development of a professional reflection in the course of training. Modern educational standards in a greater degree aim at equipment of the future expert by knowledge, rather than on formation of its is professional-significant personal characteristics. The great value for preparation of the expert has development in it of a professional reflection as properties of the person, thinking and a condition necessary for its creative self-realization and achievement of high level of professional skill. And training process at the higher school should be focused on задачный and problem levels. As a result of such process, in structure of professional work of the teacher-psychologist the reflection will get backbone character and becomes a personal basis of its professionalism.

Профессиональной рефлексия является центральной составляющей профессионального самоопределения студентов. Существуют условия и средства развития профессиональной рефлексии в процессе обучения. Современные образовательные стандарты в большей степени нацеливают на оснащение будущего специалиста знаниями, нежели на формирование его профессионально-значимых личностных характеристик. Важное значение для подготовки специалиста имеет развитие у него профессиональной рефлексии как свойства личности, мышления и условия, необходимого для его творческой самореализации и достижения высокого уровня профессионального мастерства. И процесс обучения в высшей школе должен быть ориентирован на задачный и проблемный уровни. В результате такого процесса, в структуре профессиональной деятельности педагога-психолога рефлексия приобретет системообразующий характер и станет личностной основой его профессионализма.
