Abstract

Professional training of the teacher is directed on his social, cultural, general scientific and professional development, formation of professional and personal qualities and values of pedagogical work. The basic principles of professional formation of the teacher are: principles of systemacity, continuity, integration. There are two aspects of integration in the article: philosophical which opens an essence of three types of education and special and scientific, connected with the content of educational process and a subject. Formation of the identity of the teacher relies on the principle of integration of formal, informal and informalny education aimed at providing a complete and integrated approach in the higher education by interaction, interpenetration and expansion of opportunities of educational and extracurricular activities. Integration of formal, informal and informalny education in the course of training of teachers promotes formation of new pedagogical thinking, directed on self-development, self-realization and formation of future teachers in the professional sphere. The process of vocational training of teachers acts as a backbone component of formal, informal and informalny education, including theoretical and practical training of future teachers. It allows opening possibilities of transformations in higher education for successful interaction of subjects of educational process.
