
In the system of higher medical education is constantly increasing requirements for effectiveness of training and education of future physicians. In these circumstances, it is important to the design and development of the theory and practice of problem-solving training in a medical University from the standpoint of the competence approach. The analysis allowed us to identify a set of recommendations for implementation in University practice, PDCO, reasonable ways to improve the development of professional competence of students through problem-solving learning: the development of the theory of problem-solving education based on the competence approach; development of professional thinking in the learning process of students in the University; development and implementation of technology problem-solving training as a means of professional competence development of University students.
В системе высшего медицинского образования постоянно растут требования к эффективности обучения и воспитания будущих врачей. В этих условиях актуальным представляется разработка и развитие теории и практики проблемно-деятельностного обучения в медицинском вузе с позиций компетентностного подхода. Проведенный анализ позволил нам определить совокупность рекомендаций по внедрению в вузовскую практику ПДКО, обоснованные пути совершенствования развития профессиональной компетентности студентов посредством проблемно-деятельностного обучения: развитие теории проблемно-деятельностного обучения на основе компетентностного подхода; развитие профессионального мышления в процессе обучения студентов в вузе; разработка и внедрение технологии проблемно-деятельностного обучения как средства развития профессиональной компетентности студентов в вузе.
