ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ ЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСКИХ МОДУЛЬНО-СПУСКОВЫХ ПЕЧЕЙ: ПРЕДЕЛЫ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ ЭНЕРГОЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ И НАДЕЖНОСТИ

ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ ЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСКИХ МОДУЛЬНО-СПУСКОВЫХ ПЕЧЕЙ: ПРЕДЕЛЫ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ ЭНЕРГОЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ И НАДЕЖНОСТИ

Abstract

The paper analyzes the methods to enhance energy efficiency and reliability of electric kilns with module release used to burn vermiculite. It identifies the limits of electric kiln with module release improvement and their causes. It is shown that the principle defect of the kilns under investigation is their operating principle: vermiculite moves under the action of the gravity force. Therefore, it is impossible to control material flow velocity and its concentration in different sections of burning units. The fundamental principles of the concept of the new generation of furnace units including electric kilns with a shaking bottom plate have been formulated.

Проведен анализ путей повышения энергоэффективности и надежности электрических модульно-спусковых печей для обжига вермикулита, определены пределы и причины пределов их совершенствования. Показано, что главный недостаток указанных печей заложен в принципе их действия, когда движение вермикулита происходит за счет сил тяжести, поэтому управлять скоростью потока материала и его концентрацией на разных участках модулей обжига невозможно. Сформулированы основные положения концепции печных агрегатов нового поколения электрических печей с вибрационной подовой платформой.
